Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Website. By accessing or continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website.

These are website Terms of Use. Paid consultancy, training, speaking, advisory or project work will normally be governed by a separate proposal, booking confirmation, statement of work, contract or engagement terms. Where those documents conflict with this page in relation to paid services, the specific engagement documents will take priority.

01

About These Terms

These terms apply to visitors, prospective clients and any other person using the Website. They apply whether you access the Website as a guest or through any feature that may be introduced in future.

Additional terms may apply to particular downloads, events, training materials, tools or services. Any additional terms will be brought to your attention where relevant.

02

Accessing the Website

Access to the Website is provided on a temporary basis. We may withdraw, suspend, restrict or amend any part of the Website without notice where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We will not be responsible merely because the Website is temporarily unavailable, except where the law does not allow such responsibility to be excluded.

You are responsible for making the arrangements needed to access the Website and for ensuring that anyone using it through your internet connection is aware of and complies with these terms.

03

Information, Accuracy and Reliance

Content on the Website is provided for general information and professional discussion. It is not intended to amount to legal, regulatory, safeguarding, financial, medical, technical or other specialist advice on which you should rely without considering your own circumstances.

Although we take reasonable care when preparing content, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or current. Guidance, legislation, technology, standards and recommended practice can change. You should verify important information against current authoritative sources and obtain specialist advice where appropriate.

We may update, replace or remove Website content at any time and are not obliged to update material merely because it has become out of date.

A contract for paid work is formed only when the relevant scope, fees, responsibilities and terms have been agreed through a proposal, booking confirmation, statement of work, contract or other written engagement document.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, statutory duties, safeguarding arrangements, governance, policies, implementation and compliance.
